We bought the 36″ Blackstone grill and we LOVE it! It was so easy to assemble and season. We have cooked teppanyaki style, burgers & breakfast. This has been the absolute best purchase for us. Since moving to Washington state from the Gulf Coast of Alabama, we have really enjoyed the weather and the outside cooking on our new Blackstone flat grill. I would highly recommend purchasing the spatulas and the accessories–they make the cooking experience so much more enjoyable.
